I am currently an Associate Professor of Education at Neumann University in Aston, PA, where I teach undergraduate and graduate courses. I am a professional development speaker in both higher education and PreK-12 settings. My research interests are in the area of teacher and faculty development, culturally responsive teaching, collaboration and peer to peer support, educational technology, and instructional coaching. I obtained my Doctorate in Education from Widener University, a Masters in Education from Cabrini College, and a Bachelors in Organizational Dynamics and Human Performance Management from Immaculata University. I have 10+ years' experience as a leader in higher education with a mix of administration and teaching and varied departmental and institutional responsibilities. I am co-author of "Teaching the 4 Cs with Technology: How do I use 21st century tools to teach 21st century skills." I am dedicated to teaching and modeling the use of innovation, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration both within the classroom setting and beyond. I am also the chair of the faculty senate committee (Learning Outcomes and Assessment Committee) providing support and guidance to faculty on assessment plans and reports.
